I cannot fully express the level of satisfaction I have enjoyed with Tampa Bay POS and their staff, specifically Andy Strickler. Throughout the entire process Andy and his support staff have gone above and beyond the call of duty to ensure our system runs efficiently and effectively. Their courteous and rapid response to all of our ongoing needs is virtually absent in the world of technical support and has made at least one phase of our operation seamless and worry free. The customizable nature of the software coupled with the willingness to help from the staff at Tampa Bay POS has made me confident in referring potential restaurant and bar owners to Andy. Andy worked to ensure we were up and running in time for our opening, working with my staff and I late in to the night. In my almost 12 years of experience in the hospitality industry I have seldom run across such a professional, courteous, and well informed service provider.
